Trademarks and Attribution
Last updated: 2 August 2026
1. Our marks
LarpBot, the LarpBot logo, and the LarpBot app icon are trademarks of Abhiram Somisetty.
Registration status: [UNREGISTERED — see note below]
Note. Until a registration issues, use the ™ symbol with the LarpBot name in marketing material, not ®. Using ® for an unregistered mark is unlawful in a number of jurisdictions, including the United States and the United Kingdom. Replace this note with the registration number and class once a registration is granted.
1.1 What you may do
You may use the LarpBot name and icon, without asking us first, to refer to the app — in a review, a news article, a comparison, a tutorial, or a link. That is nominative fair use and we welcome it.
1.2 What you may not do
Without our prior written permission, do not:
- use "LarpBot" or a confusingly similar name in the name of your own product, app, company, or domain
- use our name or icon in a way that suggests we sponsor, endorse, or are affiliated with you
- modify, recolour, stretch, or incorporate our icon into another logo
- use our marks in connection with anything unlawful, or in a manner that disparages us
- register our marks, or anything confusingly similar, as a trademark, domain, or social handle
Requests: abhisurya3221@gmail.com.
2. Third-party marks
The following are the property of their respective owners. LarpBot is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them. They are named descriptively, because LarpBot is built on or distributed through their platforms.
Apple
Apple, the Apple logo, App Store, iPhone, iPadOS, iOS, iCloud, Sign in with Apple, Apple Account, StoreKit, SwiftUI, SwiftData, Xcode, SF Symbols, and TestFlight are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions.
App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc.
Google, Google Play, the Google Play logo, Android, Gemini, and Google Search are trademarks of Google LLC.
Supabase
Supabase and the Supabase logo are trademarks of Supabase, Inc.
Other
Any other product, service, company, or organisation name appearing in LarpBot, in a generated briefing, or in our documentation may be a trademark of its respective owner and is used for identification purposes only. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement in either direction.
3. Generated content and third-party rights
Briefings are assembled by a large language model from live web search results. As a consequence:
- Generated text may reference, describe, paraphrase, or closely track material owned by third parties, including trademarks, titles, and copyrighted works.
- Output is not guaranteed to be original, and we make no representation that any particular briefing is free of third-party rights.
- We do not grant you any licence to third-party trademarks or copyrighted works that appear in a briefing. No such licence is ours to give.
- You are responsible for your onward use of generated text — particularly if you publish, broadcast, or use it commercially. Repeating it in a conversation is what the app is for; republishing it is your call and your risk.
If you are a rights holder and believe LarpBot's output infringes your rights, contact abhisurya3221@gmail.com with the specifics and we will investigate. Because we do not store generated briefings (Privacy Policy §3), please include the text in question and the topic that produced it.
4. Open-source and third-party software
LarpBot's server functions use the Supabase JavaScript client

and contributors.
The iOS app links only Apple's system frameworks and bundles no third-party libraries.
Where a third-party licence requires that its text accompany distribution, that text is reproduced in full in this repository's dependency notices, or is available from us on request at abhisurya3221@gmail.com.
5. Attribution requirement
If you write about LarpBot, we would appreciate — but do not require — a link to LarpBot's page on the App Store.
